About SPM Publications

SPM Publications provides a platform for quality writing from across the world in books and magazines.   Our books include poetry and short story collections, novels, plays, cross-genre anthologies, and biographies.
 
Our primary literary magazine is Sentinel Literary Quarterly which publishes poetry, fiction, essays, book reviews, biographies and interviews.  

SPM Publications began its publishing journey in December 2002 with Sentinel Poetry (Online) magazine, and later added book style magazines; Sentinel Poetry Quarterly which was later renamed Sentinel Literary Quarterly.

In 2011 we published our first book; Sentinel Annual Literature Anthology, opening the door for more work in book publishing. Our growing list of authors now include Dominic James, Roger Elkin, Mandy Pannett, Afam Akeh, Uche-Chinemere Nwaozuzu, Uche Nduka, Nnorom Azuonye, Obemata, Peter Oram, Graham Burchell, Anne Osbourn, Frances Corkey Thompson, Joan Michelson, Jude Neale, Peter Branson, Phil Vernon, Alwyn Marriage.

Worldwide Book Rights and Fulfilment: For small to medium publishers in Africa, we can acquire the rights to publish and distribute their titles in European, American and Asian markets.

Writing Competitions: We organise an annual poetry book competition for full-length poetry collections by single authors and a quarterly poetry competition for single poems.

Procurements and Logistics: We offer a procurement and fulfilment service to companies and individuals in the book trade or related industries in Africa in need of assistance to pay their printers, designers, shippers or other suppliers in different parts of the world.
